What makes a general contractor different from a general contractor? They are a lot of things, but for me, they have a very unique way of looking at construction. They see construction as a whole, not just one part of it. It is not about getting it done quickly. It is about getting it done with a certain look, a certain feel, while still leaving the possibility of finishing it with a little bit of time and money saved.

One word that came to mind for me while watching that trailer was “optimism.” I’m not saying that we should all be super optimistic. However, I think that some of the optimism that exists in the general contractor is justified. I can think of several instances where general contractors have lost a few million dollars because of their optimistic attitude.

So general contractors are always willing to sacrifice something for the sake of the project. One of the biggest things that general contractors have in common is that they have to make tough choices and sacrifices along the way. In fact, that is what makes them the best general contractors. In the case of our project, the general contractors have to make tough choices just to get to the end of the project.

You don’t have to be a general contractor to be a great construction contractor. All you need is a certain amount of good will, a sense of humour, and a willingness to put in the extra hours. I know you think you do. But you dont. Take your time, relax, and have a great time.
