general feed and seed
We can do better by feeding ourselves throughout the day, and by giving ourselves some simple, direct ways to do so. This doesn’t mean we have to do so without thinking at all.
I know I’m getting a lot of flack right now for not sharing my own personal health, but this is the first time I’ve really thought about it. I’ve been eating a lot of veggies, nuts, and eggs lately. And I’ve been trying to eat less junk food and more fruit. I feel like I’m doing just fine but I don’t know.
The way we’re eating today is different from the way we’ve been eating throughout my entire life. What I’ve been eating is a combination of fruit, vegetables, and lean protein (and maybe a little fat). My eating habits have shifted over the past year or so, and though I can see the benefits and the changes in my body, I don’t think I’m seeing the full picture.

At times this may be good because it may be the right way to consume fat, however, I dont think Im seeing the full picture when it comes to body weight. And I could be wrong either way.
The last few months since I’ve been losing weight have been hard. It was a process for a few months, but the past few weeks have been really hard because of my diet, and weight loss. Ive never been so hungry before. I couldnt tell you what my weight was before, but my body just couldn’t tell me what is healthy for it to eat.
I was at a loss for what to do. I would start eating carbs and eat out to lose weight, or I would eat fat and eat out to gain weight. The best way to do this was to eat a lot of food. I am sure youve all heard of the theory about the “Four P’s” or whatever those things are called, and that is the best way to get fat.
A lot of times weight loss is due to calorie intake (especially for women, who tend to have less muscle), not the other way around. If it is your goal to lose weight, the best way to do so is to eat a lot of food.
