This word is used in a lot of different ways and has multiple meanings. For the purposes of this post, I’m going to define it as the act of directing our will through a particular object. I think that what I am trying to put across is that it is not what we think it is. It is not what we want it to be. It is not the results we want to achieve. It is the process of becoming aware of the thoughts that are running through our mind. It is the process of learning to exercise meta-cognition and then getting into our own control over our own actions.

The process of becoming aware is what I would call meta-cognition. Sometimes we get stuck doing what we do for a long time because we don’t realize that we’re not being driven by our thoughts and actions – we are the ones driving. We don’t realize that the thoughts and actions that we’re doing are the only controlling things in our lives.

I have been a victim of this. Ive been a victim of this for so long and it took me years to figure out what was the problem and how to fix it. But there is one important fact that I think everyone can agree on, no matter how we define ourselves. We are always driven by our thoughts and actions. Most of the time, it is our thoughts and actions that are causing us to do something.

I think this is one of the reasons we don’t realize the negative impact of our thoughts and actions on our lives. I think it is because we are so used to thinking we are in charge of everything that we are oblivious to what we are actually doing. Our thoughts and actions are the source and the reason for where we are in our life.
