I have an interview coming up with a new team I joined a few weeks ago. I did my homework, did the research, and met all of the requirements for the post. I feel confident that I have a great job offer and am ready to take it. However, one of the questions that I have been asked is “do you have any thoughts on how to get promoted?”. The two ways I could answer the question are, 1.

I have no thoughts on how to get promoted. 2. I have thoughts on how to get promoted, but I don’t know how they would work. I have thought of getting promoted by making someone else the new team lead, but that seems like it would be a lot of work.

I think that the easiest thing to do is to make a direct suggestion for someone to become the new team lead. I know that it takes a long time to get things done, but since it is a general manager’s job to make sure that everyone is on the same page, it isn’t that unreasonable. You might even have the chance to make someone a direct supervisor of someone else. That’s one of the reasons I like working at this company.

Most of the time at my company I direct people and I also think as a supervisor I will know that most of the team likes what I do. If you have a lot of employees who are not happy with how they are doing, it will be a good idea to suggest that the general manager become a supervisor.

People are pretty busy working at the company, they dont have time to get involved with the general manager. Thats why I think as a supervisor you will be able to understand the needs of the team. I would guess that you will have a lot more respect for the team as a whole than a general manager.
